We ensure they are able to provide care, treatment, and services to the populations our facilities serve.

We assess and reassess competencies on an ongoing basis- based on the client’s report of clinical staff performance. Although screening for healthcare personnel can vary depending on a client’s needs, Jaykay Medical Staffing includes the following routine competency tests in our hiring process:
